Actor Bill Kelly is originally from Richmond, Kentucky but he’s lived in Florida since 1984 and began acting professionally in 2011. He has appeared in over 50 television and film projects including Burn Notice, Ballers, Bloodline, True Detective and more. Most recently he was in multiple episodes of The Wonder Years, and the feature film Where the Crawdads Sing.
