Gym Bros is a short comedy about an insecure gym-goer who tries to focus on his workout but is repeatedly distracted by the swagger, arrogance, and antics of an obnoxious bodybuilder. Built around the social absurdity of gym culture, the film uses physical comedy and character contrast to explore insecurity, ego, intimidation, and the performance of masculinity in a workout space.
